Agreement

By using this website or scheduling service with American Appliance Repair, LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our services

• Estimates & pricing — repair work is quoted up front after diagnosis, before work begins. The price you approve is the price you pay unless additional problems are discovered and approved by you first.
• Repair warranty — our repairs are backed by a warranty on parts and labor as stated on your service invoice. The invoice is the controlling document for warranty terms on any specific job.
• Appliance & parts sales — warranty coverage for appliances and parts we sell (including new, scratch-&-dent, and used units) is stated at the time of sale and on your receipt.
• Scheduling — same-day service depends on availability. Appointment times are our best good-faith estimate, and we'll keep you informed if the schedule changes. After-hours and emergency availability may vary.
• Trip & diagnostic fee — a trip/diagnostic fee applies to service calls and varies by location; it is quoted when you book. When you approve the recommended repair, the trip and diagnostic fee is waived.
• Home Appliance Care Membership — memberships are billed monthly ($19.95/mo for the first covered appliance, $5.95/mo each additional, pricing subject to change with notice) and include the benefits described at the time of enrollment, such as an annual preventive maintenance visit per covered appliance, discounts on eligible repair labor and parts, and priority scheduling. Memberships may be canceled at any time; benefits end at the close of the billing period.
• Financing — financing on appliance purchases is offered through the Appliances 4U showroom; terms, eligibility, and approval are established at the time of purchase.
• Parts orders & shipping — parts may be picked up at our counter or shipped; shipping costs and timelines are quoted with your order.

Nothing in these terms limits the warranties expressly provided on your service invoice or sales receipt, or any rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Nueces County, Texas.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page.
