From the impressive AI answering on my initial call to the completed Repair my experience was excellent. I was able to arrange a repsir for the next day. Chris O. arrived as scheduled and kept me informed with e messages on his arrival progress. He and his assistant helped remove the food from the freezer and quickly began to remove the necessary panels to fix the problem. Within 45 minutes the drain was unplugged. The cost for the repair was significantly less than I had previously paid for a clogged refrigerator drain. They will become my appliance repair service from now on. Kudos.

Took my washer in, explained to them that I was having electrical trouble with it. They called and said they looked over all the electrical and everything was fine, worked fine. They said they noticed some wires showing on the cord, sent me pictures. Okay cool, replace it. They noticed some noise coming from the transmission during spin sequence. Id noticed it since I bought it so we decided to leave it until it blows. They ordered the cord. Said it would be in Monday. I called for an update Monday afternoon, they said it would be arriving Tuesday. Arrived Tuesday afternoon, cool. They replaced the cord and called me this morning that it was ready to go. I arrived, no techs on deck, okay cool. Had some issues when I picked it up. 1. It looked like it had been left outside with the top open, it had leaves and dirt inside washer. 2. The cord they replaced didnt fit into the back of the washer correctly, decided it wasnt a big deal, ill get some clear silicone or glue and get it to stay, washer is gonna be stationary anyway. 3. I get home, GOT DAM WASHER IS DOING THE SAME DAM THING. Unplugged to try and reset it and now it wont even turn on 😅 thanks guys. I guess I should've asked them if I could plug it in and try it before I left but there was only a couple girls there from the front office and no techs on deck. Yes I called and explained my issue but they wanted me to take it back to them. I'm borrowing trucks to drop it off and pick it up, im not taking it back. I'll just buy a new one tomorrow.

Caesar and Thomas did a great job. Caesar diagnosed the problems with the clothes washer and dryer. He told me the fee and prices for the parts before the repair. The repair was completed on the washer after installing a new part. The part for the dryer was ordered. I was satisfied with the repair and price. I would use them again if needed.
